Ms. Maya Nasr is currently Ph.D. Candidate in Aerospace Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in United States. Her research focuses on the Mars Oxygen ISRU Experiment (MOXIE) for NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory’s Mars 2020 Mission (Perseverance rover). She is also Member of Space Generation Advisory Council’s Space Law & Policy Project Group.
In 2018, She was awarded Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Rene H. Miller Prize for Excellence in Systems Engineering and AIAA’s Best Paper Award in 2020.
In 2018, She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in United States.
