Former Albanian Deputy Minister Her Excellency Dr. Ornela Cuci (Albania) joins the Governing Board of Tod’Aérs Global Network [TGN]. Her Excellency Dr. Ornela Cuci was the Deputy Minister of Tourism and Environment of Albania from 2017 to 2022, where she was responsible for policies, standards, function, and environmental monitoring as well as the development and implementation of environmental policies in Albania.
Prior to that, Her Excellency Dr. Ornela Cuci worked as an Advisor to the Prime Minister of Albania in 2016. She also served as a Board Member of the Global Environment Facility (GEF), a Washington DC-based multilateral environmental fund.
Her Excellency Dr. Ornela Cuci holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from the Agricultural University of Tirana (Albania). She previously served as a Board Member of the Green Climate Fund (GCF), a fund established within the framework of the UNFCCC as an operating entity of the Financial Mechanism to assist developing countries in adaptation and mitigation practices to counter climate change.
