Former Costa Rican Minister His Excellency Mr. Luis Adrián Salazar (Costa Rica), joins the Governing Board of Tod’Aérs Global Network [TGN]. His Excellency Mr. Luis Adrián Salazar was Minster of Science, Technology and Telecommunications from 2018 to 2021, where he led the "Digital Transformation Strategy towards Costa Rica of the Bicentennial 4.0”. He was politically responsible for the National Telecommunications Development Plan and leader of the successful process of transitions to digital TV.
Prior to that, His Excellency Mr. Luis Adrián Salazar was already Deputy Minister of Science and Technology of Costa Rica, and besides his service at the Costa Rican government, His Excellency Mr. Luis Adrián Salazar has supervised the business development and management services of private corporations, and he worked as international consultant at, among others, the International Telecommunication Union (UN-ITU), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the German Development Cooperation Agency (GIZ).
His Excellency Mr. Luis Adrián Salazar holds a Master’s in Educational Management from Universidad Castro Carazo in San José, Costa Rica (UMCA). He holds a Degree of Science in Computer Science with an emphasis in management from Universidad Internacional de las Américas in San José, Costa Rica (UIA).
His Excellency Mr. Luis Adrián Salazar has over 28 years of experience as an international consultant and his expertise covers the evolution of markets and public policies with the incorporation of emerging technologies, and public-private partnerships in the technology sector and the telecommunications sector for the internationalization of technology-based companies.
